It’s been a while since I’ve posted here. Have you missed hearing from me? I hope you’ve wondered, “Where in the world is Evangeline?” 🙂

Remember the TV show, “Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego?” My kids grew up watching it in the 90’s. Did you? That fun acapella theme song is still stuck in my head. Take a listen…

Well, just like Carmen went to places around the world, I’ve been traveling to places I’ve never been before and having a blast with my husband. He had to take a business trip to France and of course I said, “There’s no way you’re going there without ME!” It was the first trip to Europe for both of us. We made stops at Paris, Nantes, Carquefou, Marseille, and Aix-en-Provence. Each city had its own special beauty to share with us.

While Freeman was at work, I had a chance to start writing a new book (more about that later), get out and see the “touristy” sites, and enjoy seeing how the locals live. It was truly a blessing to take this trip with Freeman!
